This acquisition will allow the BCHD Group to realize greater future sales and profit for customer businesses and contribute to development of the overall service industry by fusing the two companies' know-how from both the standpoint of supporting store management and directly operating stores.

Formal conclusion of the agreement on transfer of stock is planned for the end of August, so all future details related to the acquisition (conversion to a wholly owned subsidiary) and future organization and operation conditions will be released once determined.
